Momentum Web does not offer refunds for monthly subscription payments or one-time service fees.

All work already performed, including website drafts, design work, edits, setup, integrations, and hosting provisioning, is non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing or client satisfaction.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or fees. Subscription billing is non-prorated. If you cancel mid-month, you will not receive a partial refund for the unused portion of the month.

When you cancel:

•Your website will remain active until the end of the paid monthly period
•No further charges will occur
•The site will be taken offline at the end of the billing cycle

If you wish to take ownership of your website, you must purchase a buyout (see Terms & Conditions) before you cancel your subscription.
